As civilized society, we are facing many issues.

Violence is a strong element of our community.

We have learned about your “troubles” with some customers at Circle Centre Mall in Indianapolis . Everyone agrees that a “public bathroom” is not a place for sexual activities.

We would like to make two points :

1 - Cops are making some arrests in your bathrooms, but these cases don’t go further because in criminal law, entrapment is constituted by a law enforcement agent inducing a person to commit an offense that the person would otherwise have been unlikely to commit. The prosecutor fails because they cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant was not entrapped by the cops.

2 - Henry Laborit, a French physician, writer and philosopher, left a large collection of studies about Human Beings’ Behaviors and evolutionary psychology regarding our personal relationships , domination and society. The human mind is a fascinating and unknown area of study. Indiana has a strong tradition for “hunting.” and “hunting’ has a strong connection with violence and “sexual disorder problems.” Male hunters often have problems with their “sexual orientation.” Human Beings have the cortex, limbic, and reptilian. Beneath the cortex, the seat of logic and reason, is the limbic, which houses emotions

Hunting might have been necessary for human survival in prehistoric times, but today most hunters stalk and kill animals merely for the thrill of it, not out of necessity. This unnecessary, violent form of "entertainment" rips animal families apart and leaves countless animals orphaned or badly injured when hunters miss their targets.

Data shows most men who were arrested at your bathrooms are “hunters.” They think they can “hunt” in any place.

Why doesn’t Circe Centre Mall place some educational material about “hunting” in its men bathrooms? We believe your business in this way could reduce the number of illegal activities

Hunters need psychiatric help, and you ca help them.
